MDP ON Cross-Functional Collaboration at ICCS Noida

The Management Development Programme (MDP) on Cross-Functional Collaboration was successfully conducted on September 19th, 2025, at ICCS Noida for 27 junior and middle-level employees across various departments. Facilitated by Dr. Saniya Chawla and Dr. Harvinder Soni, the program focused on enhancing communication and collaboration between departments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The sessions included activities such as Icebreakers, understanding cross-functional collaboration, communication style adaptation, trust-building strategies, and collaborative problem-solving. Participants engaged in practical exercises, including a "Message Relay Challenge" and a real-life case study, which helped them develop actionable strategies to overcome departmental silos and enhance teamwork. The sessions were well received by participants and they felt engaged and participated enthusiastically in every activity designed for better understanding of these skills. The MDP on "Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication in Sales for Effective Customer Relationship" was conducted for Haldiram Snacks Food Pvt. Ltd. from 19th to 20th August 2022 at their Corporate Training Facility. The program, led by Dr. Gopika Kumar and Cdr.
