Faculty Knowledge Circle on Understanding the Consumer Brain Through Neuromarketing
JIMS Kalkaji successfully hosted a Faculty Knowledge Circle session on “Understanding the Consumer Brain Through Neuromarketing” by Ms. Roli Wadhwa on 19th June 2026. The session explored how neuroscience is transforming marketing by uncovering the subconscious drivers of consumer behavior. Faculty members gained insights into concepts such as Dual-System Thinking and neuromarketing tools, including EEG, fMRI, Eye Tracking, and GSR. Real-world examples from leading brands highlighted how organizations leverage these insights to create impactful customer experiences and effective marketing strategies. The interactive discussion also addressed the ethical dimensions of neuromarketing and its growing relevance in marketing education and research.
