The uncertainty overemployment, finances and most of all relationships has adversely affected our physical, mental and emotional well-being. As human beings, all those things that we crave for-security, self esteem, confidence, belongingness have suddenly been taken away from us and it seems like fighting a lone battle in the waters of life. The fear of this uncertainly has left us anxious, stressed and powerless over the regular aspects of life. The feeling of helplessness has proven to be emotionally draining for many across the globe as the level of tolerance for each individual is different and cannot be predicted. Nevertheless, as a member of the human race, where we share certain universal human emotions and feelings, we have to chart out a way out of this randomness of things and this ‘not-over-so –soon’ situation of the pandemic.
