PGDM in International Business in Delhi

PGDM - International Business, run by JIMS, has been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS). This course has been designed to provide rigorous exposure to our budding managers in understanding international trade environment, trade procedures, trade documentation and global strategies. Various subjects such as Trade Management, International Trade Analytics, International Financial Management, International Marketing, Foreign Exchange Markets and Global business environment are included in the course to address global exposure.

This Program is delivered through dynamic and experienced expert faculties following Bloom’s taxonomy to achieve the course outcomes and objectives. Case studies from Harvard, IVEY and research papers published by JIMS faculties as well as other researchers on various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Textiles, Gems and Jewelry, Carpet etc. are discussed to impart industry-oriented learnings. Regular workshops are conducted for practical exposure on the topics such as demonstration of export documentation, applying for export license, applying to DGFT for trade policy etc. Moreover, students learn and run the trade software to analyze the trade data to evaluate foreign markets.

PGDM-IB program has got the added advantage of dual specialization in the second year which helps the students in getting more opportunities in the areas of Marketing, HR, Finance and Business Analytics along with IB.

Students are exposed to one-week global immersion program with our international collaborative institutes in Singapore or Dubai. Students interact with key experts of top commerce bodies to understand trade insights. To name a few, Jt DGFT Mumbai, FIEO DG, and Addl Director, SEEPZ Mumbai.
