JIMS was incorporated with an idea..... a philosophy...... of providing high standards training to students so that they become managers in the true sense of the term. We at JIMS believe that learning is continuous and dynamic process. Learning for our students is not confined to classrooms. We strive to make our students mature professionals who receive academic input from a highly qualified faculty and are at the same time given through exposure to recent trends and developments in the corporate realm with the aid of Industrial Visits, Guest Lectures, Workshops etc..
The curriculum is devised in a way that it gives them thorough understanding of all streams in management with focus on international business. JIMS students not only have a flair for academics but also enthusiastically organize and participate in various culture events. A Dandiya Nite, A Talent competition, Sports event like a cricket match etc. are some such events which were organized by the institute and the students in the current academic year.

The participation of the students in extra curricular activities not only provides them with breathing space from the academic rigour but also sensitizes them to concepts like Effective Teamwork and Effective Organising Skills.
We hope that the spirit which is inculcated in our students will be utilized to the fullest extent wherever they go. We believe that given the opportunity ,our students would not only prove to be an asset to an organization, but also move on to become torch bearers.
