From Chairman’s Desk

Dear Student

The natural environment shows us beautiful things. Our life will be in black and white without the nature. We should always protect our natural environment and even a small thing like planting a sapling and watering a plant will contribute in keeping our natural environment clean and safe. We can keep our environment clean by planting trees, recycling the plastic & paper materials, using public transport, not hunting animals and not wasting the water to be utilized for irrigating the plants and crops. Taking care of the natural environment eventually will benefit the mankind. Just five minutes of exercise in a park, working in a backyard garden, walking on a nature trail or other green space will benefit mental health. Every activity in a green environment improves self-esteem. There would be a large potential benefit to individuals, society and to the costs of the health service if all groups of people were to self-medicate more with green exercise
