From Chairman’s Desk

Dear Student

Life has many colors including successes & failures. Some people live fascinating and successful lives. How is their life so wonderful? We all must lead a happy life despite stress. To be genuinely happy, we have to love ourselves. Genuine happiness also equates to contentment. When we are happy with the job we have, the way we look, our family, our friends, the place we live in and all the things we now have, then truly, we know the answer to the question "how to be genuinely happy." Failure is a constant in everyone's life but this should not stop us from becoming happy. Every time we put an effort in improving our life or someone else's life, we get joy whether it is helping a friend, cleaning our room, taking care of someone sick or just making sure that we stay in a positive mode.
Genuine happiness isn't about driving the best car, nor getting the employee of the year award, or beating the sales quota. Sometimes, the most sought after prizes in life don't always go to the fastest, the strongest and the bravest or not even the best. So, how do we become genuinely happy? Everyone has his own definition of 'happiness'. Happiness for a writer may mean publishing as many bestselling books as possible. Happiness for a beggar may mean enough money for a meal. Happiness for a businessman may mean monetary success. We don't have the best things in this world to be happy. It's about doing and making the best out of every single thing. We should smile at our own mistakes and tell ourselves "Oh, I'll do better next time", we must carry with us the knowledge to have the willpower and perseverance to make things happen. We must possess a willingness to stand up again and try and that will make us a genuinely happy person. When we learn to accept ourself and our own faults, we know that we have the capability to keep improving and being happy. When we know how to accept others, we will also be accepted. And then we are genuinely happy!
