From Chairman's Desk

Dear Student

In our country some of us rarely reach our full potentialasputting all our skills to best use is often ignored. As a matter of fact we must try giving our best in whatever we do if we really feel that we have the best. In order to use our full potential, we must endeavor to keep ourselves organised, keep everything in an organised fashion and prioritize the list of the tasks based on both importance and urgency. Considering the work at hand, we must set realistic & achievable targets. It might help to break down the goals into small, identifiable steps and it is advisable to factor in contingencies. As there is no shortcut to success we need to be systematic and methodical.

We all make mistakes. However, it’s important to learn from them and move on. Brooding about errors will only lead to problems in productivity and efficiency. If things go wrong, we have to be positive and take a problem-solving approach. It is advisable not to indulge in blame games and instead evaluate the situation and take the required action. A clear objective and a deadline can often be our friends. Taking time out for things we enjoy doing, will refresh and energize us, leading to better efficiency and results. Reward yourself for a job well done. Positive self-strokes will motivate you to keep up the good work.
